The Jamison Cafe Collection

So I've got some 2048 songs on my iTunes at work and they are on a constantly rotating play list. At this moment Steve Miller's Winter Time is playing and I can only think of my pal Jamison. Steve Miller's Greatest Hits have been burning into my mind as a Jamison album because once upon a time we went driving around Chatt-town in his old jeep and listened to this album the whole time, good times cruising around and hanging off mountain tops.

Blazer it is! You don't remember jumping the fense at Rock City, we've got those black and whites for proof. You drove us around for some time that day. I'm not sure if it was the same day but we also sat and watched a lazer light show once downtown.
All my iTunes are ripped from my CD's at home. I've never downloaded a tune for myself because it's too addictive and too easy to spend a lot of money with out realizing it.

oh, with your wife, I thought you meant just me and you,,,, yes, I remember that event, much fun! The fence was at point park, not rock city ;)

Remember at the laser light show the guy next to us with the little boy? the man was drunk. He opened the door to his truck and took a leak right next to us!

I rememeber that shirt! It was a Gary Larson shirt (The Far Side)...I believe it was subtitled, "The Many Moods of an Alien"...The original version was "The Many Moods of a Golden Retriever"...very funny...and funny that you remember that....you're so photogenic (yes, I know its photographic memory...I just wanted to make a silly joke that included a misplaced double-entendre and pun).

It's Simon and Garfunkel that remind me the most of Jamison. Back when Chuck was at FU I used to crash the room when Mullins and Chuck was away and play Heretic. Jamison would pop in and our friendship was built around taking turns playing that game.

The music came in after when I remember being outside sitting on cars in the sun with "Homeward Bound" playing and Jamison lip synching along. He did the same for "For Emily..." in later years, making it all dramatic.
