Customer Support Silliness

I had an interesting conversation with Overstock.com's customer support tonight. I have a feeling they have outsourced to India or something. If bad grammar maddens or tickles you, have at my blog; I felt it was too long and likely too narrowly appreciated to post here.

Hey, hate to butt in here, but I started a draft like 5 days ago and just finished it. Because of this, it is being posted down a ways. So if yall wanna read about our lil vacation, scroll down a bit.
