Mullins and his standup act...
I won't go into detail about his act. I doubt even if he had much of it written down so I don't expect I will remember it. If you know the man and spent any time with him, you'll know it was funny. I laughed. I faked a few just to get the audience going, but most of the laughs were genuine. I didn't want my pal to hear crickets up there!
I love the old bast. Go to my webshots page by clicking here to see him in action. I will have some video clip links up later this week as well.

I'm confused why were there children? I've never been to a comedy club that allowed kids, they've all been like bars. Was this a kids show or what?
Wish I could have been there
yes, 6 to 7, once a month, kids hour... was good.
Glad you go to go, Jamison! Good pics.
Mullins is going to be invited back, right?
Yes, to my knowledge, once a month with Josh.
Never give a comic pity laugh, how do you expect them to learn what sucks and what works, thanks though. I admit that some of those were stinkers but I always have a fall back. Speaking of falls I had 6 falls and I can still feel them today.
It show was a success and I was invited back next month. I was supposed to go 10 minutes as the first act, at 25 minutes I saw the wife, who had talked to the show producer, telling me to wrap it up. Knowing that the show had been running a bit long my last act wrapped in just under ten minutes which included a guest spot with Josh, the other guy.
I don’t know if Jamison will post, or has footage of the dueling banjo stuff but that thing was almost completely botched. The gag was that Josh and I were going to do dueling banjo’s but he didn’t have an instrument. I would play and he would yell the whole thing. He was hardly making a noise and I could feel the whole thing sliding away so I have to spaz out and go crazy. I started licking the guitar and playing it a lot of different way and finally jumped up and fell on my back to rock out. We closed it but I was pissed because I was supposed to be the straight man and let him get the laughs.
That’s the breaks I guess.
Jamison, I’m honored that you made that trip up to see the show.
I can't wait to see the video, man!
Congrats on a second gig, man! That's awesome!
I also made a $100 for 35 minutes worth of work, not too bad really.
That's awesome! About $200 per hour...not bad...
