I also think this not only speaks to the realm of science, but also to the general unbelievers of humanity.

The part that stands out to me is in verse 20 where it states "men are without excuse".

Romans is well known for speaking to Gentiles about spirituality. Paul brings up the fact and keeps the theme that the Jews were given the Law of Moses and the Gentiles (Romans) were given the Law of Nature.

In other words, God is evident in nature and through our understanding of natural processes (e.g. homosexuality doesn't produce offspring/spreads disease, etc.) we can understand morality.

The beginning of vs 20 speaks to this "For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made".

I think most of the time, God just says, "Use common sense, people!"bigsiphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13435879973761006243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13746420.post-1147707292852062792006-05-15T09:34:00.000-06:002006-05-15T09:34:00.000-06:00Has anyone noticed the blog dragging arse lately? ...Has anyone noticed the blog dragging arse lately?
